Q.01What if I don’t have a formal water analysis report?+
An approximate description is enough to start. Tell us your water source — municipal tap, borehole, river, brackish, or seawater — and a rough TDS or hardness figure, and we’ll prepare a preliminary recommendation and list which lab parameters to confirm. A full analysis is required before manufacturing, but not before the first proposal.
Q.02Can I submit a quote request if my project is still in early planning?+
Yes. Water source, approximate daily output, and end-use application are enough for a feasibility review and a budget figure for your planning. We’ll outline the likely equipment train and flag the site variables that need confirming. Q.03Do you supply OEM or custom-configured systems?+
Yes — OEM and ODM configurations are available across all product lines, including RO membrane systems, softeners, pre-treatment, sterilization, and tanks. Supply your branding and any dimensional or configuration constraints, and we manufacture to spec within our CE, ISO 9001, and ASME certified process. Q.04What data do I need for a softener or pre-treatment system, versus an RO system?+
It depends on the equipment type. Softeners need feed-water hardness (mg/L CaCO3), daily flow, and target output hardness. Pre-treatment filters need turbidity (NTU), iron (mg/L), SDI, and suspended solids. RO systems need feed TDS and recovery target. UV and ozone systems need the required microbial log-reduction and contact time. If you’re unsure which category applies, describe your water in the form notes and we’ll identify the right train.
