Company Overview

Direct Manufacturer Since 2016

We founded Hiju water treatment because industrial buyers across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Africa were routinely being matched with trading companies when they needed direct manufacturing relationships — suppliers with documented production scale, verifiable certifications, and engineers who could review project-specific water chemistry before issuing a specification.

Our 70,500 m² Qingdao facility includes a 21,000 m² enclosed production workshop where pressure vessels, membrane housings, system skids, and electrical panels are fabricated and assembled under direct engineering and QC oversight. Our team of 28 engineers and 78 technicians handles every stage from technical specification through final hydraulic pressure testing and export documentation.

We export to more than 20 countries and regions across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, South America, and Central Asia. Our engineering team reviews each inquiry against source water conditions, site electrical standards, and destination-market requirements before confirming any system configuration.

Five Certificates Covering Quality, Environment, Safety and CE Conformity

ISO 9001 · ISO 14001 · ISO 45001 management system certifications issued by SEATONE (CNAS-accredited), CE conformity under the EU Machinery Directive, and ASME pressure vessel documentation available on request. All documents available for supplier qualification review.

All certification documents are available for supplier qualification review on request. ASME pressure vessel documentation is also available for projects whose specifications reference ASME codes.

Production Workshop

21,000 m² Dedicated Fabrication and Assembly Floor

Separate production zones for pressure vessel fabrication, pipework and frame assembly, membrane housing production, electrical panel wiring, and full system integration. All stages managed under direct engineering and QC oversight with documented inspection at each handoff point.
